The Danville-Boyle County Humane Society is a non-profit organization that has been helping cats and dogs in our area since 1972. Whether you're looking for the perfect pet to adopt, wanting to get involved by fostering or volunteering, needing help getting your own animals neutered, or just looking for helpful information, you've come to the right place!

Pets of the Week

Diane (ID #24904) is a very petty long-haired calico kitty. She was brought to the humane society because her owner could no longer care for her. Diane has the most spectacular green eyes and a sweet and gentle face. She is a quiet girl and gets along very well with other cats. Diane has been spayed and is ready for a fresh start with a new family. If you are looking for a lovely feline companion, Diane may be just the cat for you!

Randall (ID #25036) is a handsome 1 year old mixed breed dog. He may be part Border Collie and maybe part spaniel. He is medium sized, weighing under 30 lbs and is smaller and leaner than the average Border Collie. Randall is friendly and active and gets along well with other dogs. He would do well in a home where he will get regular exercise and plenty of love and attention. Randall would make a great jogging buddy and a faithful friend if you choose him for adoption!
